About Us
I’ve been in the fashion industry for 20 years starting in the buying & merchandising world and working my way up to senior commercial positions managing and building large scale teams at River Island, TK Maxx and The Gap. I’ve either done the job I’m recruiting for, or I’ve managed a team that has. I understand how businesses work and have in-depth knowledge of the skillsets required for the roles I work on. I do a lot on the cultural side as I get the importance of finding the ‘right fit’ candidate.
I’ve seen first-hand how recruitment can be done poorly, and I pride myself in doing it differently, I only send candidates across that I would personally employ myself and don’t just chuck them across until one fits. I put a lot of heart into what I do as there is nothing more rewarding than finding a client a dream candidate that we all get excited about.
